For customers who own their equipment, our standard residential service call fee is $249. This service fee includes:

• The service trip, transportation, water analysis and diagnostic service evaluation
• Up to one hour of labor for repairs and system testing
• A 90-day warranty on all parts and labor; additional charges may apply for replacement parts

Rental subscription customers do not pay a service call fee for covered repair, as service and labor fees are included in your monthly subscription rate.

• Rental Subscription Service: Customers enrolled in our rental subscription service receive ongoing maintenance, repairs, labor and replacement parts for covered equipment-related issues at no additional cost. Damage caused by neglect, misuse, freezing or homeowner insurance-related incidents is not included.

Drinking water systems:

• Purchased Equipment: If you own your water filtration system, simply call our Waupaca dealership to schedule maintenance, filter replacement or repairs. Our team can provide current pricing for service calls and filter replacements based on your system.
• Rental Subscription Service: Annual filter changes, routine inspections and covered maintenance are included at no additional cost for rental customers. However, damage caused by neglect, misuse or homeowner insurance-related incidents is not covered.

Water softeners, drinking water systems and commercial installation timelines vary based on scheduling and equipment availability. In most cases, our standard timeframe is within five business days from the date of your order. If you need your system installed sooner, our team will do its best to accommodate your schedule.
